The
CX 216 LOW BACK MACHINE is an isotonic exercise device that
specifically targets the Erector Spinae Muscle Group, eliminating
the use of the Gluteus Maximus and Hamstring Muscles. This
machine incorporates a Range of Motion Limiter (shown below).
The
range limiter, cam, shaft and bearing assembly components
are precision fit. Incorporated are unique steel taper locking
hubs and bushings. The assembly is mounted on two separate
four-bolt flanged bearings with easily accessible grease
inserts for easy maintenance.
